How each kit is configured

Each kit is configured on your quote: width, length, sidewall height, end walls, doors, and hardware.

Dimensions

Any width from 14 to 34 ft in 2-ft steps, any length in multiples of 4 ft, and standard (5 ft) or tall (6 ft) sidewalls.

End walls & doors

Steel-framed end walls: poly film on the Grower, twin-wall polycarbonate on the Plus and Pro. Doors are 8' x 7' double doors (two 4' doors), hinged or sliding.

Ventilation & sides

Roll-up sides with a 5:1 locking gear crank (7:1 or 13:1 heavy-duty cranks for longer tunnels). Options include a ridge vent package and roll-up automation (motor and controller), and powered peak vent openers are available.

What's in the kit

Frame: 1.9" 13-gauge galvanized main bows with a 16-gauge truss on every bow, 1.315" 16-gauge purlins and ridge, 1.75" 14-gauge square end wall framing, and ground posts.
Hardware: Grade 5 bolts at every major connection, stainless steel wiggle wire and self-tapping screws, and aluminum double wirelock hip boards.
Covering: a single layer of 6-mil, 4-year UV-rated greenhouse plastic, with steel-framed end walls covered in the same film.
Roll-up sides: 5:1 locking gear-crank operators and aluminum fabric clips, plus corner wind braces.
Baseboard hardware: everything needed to attach locally sourced lumber (we recommend 2x10s). Doors are an add-on on the Grower.
Build guidance: written assembly instructions, and an owner available by phone.
