What does Orisha's automation system control?
Roll-up sides, ridge vents, exhaust fans and louvers, irrigation, and heaters, plus a wind sensor for storm protection. It is one system tying ventilation, irrigation, and heat together instead of running them off separate controls.
How does the Orisha system work?
Two pieces of hardware, which Orisha calls the Brain and the Sensor. The Sensor reads temperature and humidity and reports every 30 seconds. The Brain is the controller that operates your equipment.
What's the difference between Helper and Chief Grower?
Helper automates climate and ventilation through your roll-up sides, for $130 a month per tunnel. Chief Grower adds irrigation and heating automation on top of that for $220 a month per tunnel, so climate, water, and heat all run off one system.
