Refund & Return Policy

At CT Greenhouse, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our products and strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

  1. Returns & Exchanges
    • Eligibility for Returns
      • Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
      • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
      • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
      • Custom-made, special-order, or perishable items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
    • How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at info@ctgreenhouse.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide further instructions, including where to send the item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
    • Return Shipping
      • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
      • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
      • Once received, we will inspect the product and process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days.

  2. Refunds
    • Refund Processing
      • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
      • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item or a defective product.
      • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or credit card provider before contacting us.
    • Non-Refundable Items
      • Customized, special-order, perishable, or clearance sale items are non-refundable.
      • Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in resellable condition are not eligible for a refund.

  3. Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ctgreenhouse.com with photos of the issue. We will either:
    • Replace the item at no additional cost,
    • Offer a refund, or
    • Provide store credit based on your preference.

  4. Price Match Guarantee We stand by our products and offer a 100% Price Match Guarantee. If you find the same product from another greenhouse manufacturer or supplier at a lower price, we will match the price. Price match requests must:
    • Be for the exact same item (brand, model, size, and specifications).
    • Be from a legitimate competitor with proof of the advertised price.
    • Be submitted before purchase or within 7 days of ordering.
    • Price Match Exclusions Price matches do not apply to:
      • Clearance, liquidation, or auction sales.
      • Custom orders or bulk pricing discounts
      • Items with pricing errors.

        To request a price match, contact us at info@ctgreenhouse.com with details and proof of the competitor’s offer.

  5. Exchanges
    • If you need to exchange an item for a different product, follow the return process and place a new order.
    • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
