Concentrated liquid shade. Common dilution rate is 1 part to 8 parts water, which reduces light transmission 31%. 1:3 ratio reduces light 45%. 1:1 ratio reduces light 65%. One gallon of solution covers 175 sq. ft. Can be applied by brush, roller or spray, but works best when spray applied. Usually applied in spring or summer then during the course of the year, the shading will slowly wear off allowing for increased light levels as the daylight decreases. Frost will also loosen shade. Keep product from freezing.
