These non-woven, polypropylene fabrics are soft, easy to handle, UV stabile, and porous to air, light and water. A management tool to prevent losses from adverse weather and to provide an earlier harvest or extended harvest in the fall. Clear or green plastic mulch is recommended underneath floating row cover for early spring planting, since they put more heat into the soil through the daytime which keeps the temperature from dropping as rapidly after dark.
